We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager / Sales Agent with 2–4 years of proven experience in generating high-quality leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to revenue growth through effective sales and business development initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
Developing opportunities to cross-sell products to existing clients
Strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives
Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
Meet and identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization.
Research and build relationships with new clients.
Set up meetings between client decision makers and the company’s practice leaders/Principals.
Plan approaches and pitches. Work with a team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Participate in pricing the solution/service.
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
You will need:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two years of previous experience in a BDM or sales/marketing agent.
A proven ability to plan, develop, and execute business development strategies
Experience in risk analysis
Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
Proven ability to develop and implement B2B sales strategies
Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
Strong background in negotiating, tendering, and estimating
